Dear Friends -
At present, Pilgrim Naturists has suspended taking new memberships. The reason for this extraordinary move is due to a down-turned economy resulting in a lack of available recreational dollars that people can set-aside for this form of recreation.
Second, but just as equal, a lack of facilities willing to rent to us in the winter months.
We are still hosting a handful of summertime events to regional skinny dipping sites around New England but are opting to NOT require any membership to participate. Interested parties should see our EVENTS page (see link at the left) for information.
We encourage people interested in getting information about these events to join one of our on-line venues such as our Google Group or Web Message Board so as to stay in touch.
At present we still maintain a toll-free 800 number but that may soon end.
Those willing to send Pilgrim a donation to help maintain its continued operation in support of the naturist options in New England are encouraged to do so. We will apply those funds to maintaining our web and internet presence, phone line, and additional efforts we undertake to help protect the naturist options in this region.

Membership Info
Membership:
makes you a part of the organization and a part of like-minded people who accept the human body as a wholesome creation where nudity in a social setting is not a shameful act. Your membership donation also helps Pilgrim Naturists of New England continue a mission of helping to present the body-positive message that naturism seeks to convey to the public and to government which often misunderstands our lifestyle and principals.
Your membership card indentifies you as a member of our group, and is an element to accessing some of our limited-access events. Some area nudist parks may recognize our membership for a daily discount on admissions fees. Policies vary so you need to check with those independent facilities for additional information.
Newsletter:
Pilgrim Naturists of New England distributes its newsletters to its membership primarily via the on-line medium. Effective January 2005, all newsletters will be sent in Adobe Acrobat PDF format as an e-mail attachment. The wide availability of e-mail and the PDF format, and the ever-increasing costs of postage and copy costs makes this a communications method of choice for the new millenium. For a small surcharge, Pilgrim will send a printed newsletter several times a year via US postal mail for those who do not have on-line access. All members may also take advantage of our toll free 800 telephone line to keep up to date on events and other information as an alternative to e-mail or postal mail. Pilgrim's newsletter distributions and members only list server are limited to Pilgrim's membership only.
Other List Servers & Message Boards:
We also maintain several topic-oriented list servers and a message board at Sunclad.Com for purposes of getting in touch with other members and other regional naturists for purposes of general outreach and to aid in members planning events for the organization. We are the sum of our members.
Who can join:
Pilgrim Naturists of New England welcomes all people who have reached the age of majority (18 and over) regardless of race, religion, cultural background, or sexual preference. We define a "couple" as any two people residing at the same postal address, or who otherwise define themselves as a couple for purposes of membership. We expect that this recognition will be respected and invoked only when two people are legitimately a couple. Minor children are welcomed under family membership at no additional fee. Children may only attend events when accompanied by parents or legal guardian.
